Excellent service and awesome food. Can't rave about this place enough. We've become regulars because of the staff alone! The food is almost a pleasant afterthought! We have even been to other establishments in the chain, and this by far should be one of their best in business. Fresh food and cooked to perfection. Whatever mix of staff they have employed there, they are very fortunate. Keep up the good work everyone! Thank you for being around!

I know its a chain and not authentic, but I'm a fan. I find that they use good quality meat (which is frequently an issue with chinese food). The lettuce wraps are excellent. The service, decor, and pricing are that of a chain restaurant. I've eaten at a few different ones and always had a similar experience. when looking to get chinese, its definitely a place i'd lean towards unless i had a strong recommendation from a friend to a local place.

The food was good, really good...but I was on edge knowing that each entree is pretty bad for you as far as calories goes. ...And the bathroom was WICKED messy!

Dreary weather means I'm not cooking. We decided on take out from pf chnags. It's not to far from our apt in de literally right over the state line . Garlic noodles- spicy and garlicy always a winner. It's made with egg noodles but not the short fat ones used in stroganoff . These are long and thin similar to spaghetti noodles . Baby buddah veggies - a small portion for kids but it's the perfect blend of carrots , snap peas, and broccoli . I like it stir fried it comes in yummy teriyaki sauce. Spicy chicken - was flavorful and the tender meat was stir fried in garlic and spice probably red pepper flakes. Everything was still warm when it arrived at the house( of course I didn't leave the house it was delivered by my sweetie ) Would have given 4 stars but they did not provide us with cutlery and the bag of sauces spilled out and ruined the taste of the other sauces. Take Thursday what an awesome idea

me and my Boyfriend have eaten here a few times it is by far our favorite date spot! the lighting is perfect they have candles on each table! the service is outstanding! even the worst service we have gotten here is outstanding service!! the food is always fast hot and amazing! the sauces are great tho you now have to ask for them. i have never had an empty glass while there. when they bring out the main dishes they bring out 2 empty plates and put the dishes in the middle of the table that makes it perfect to share! and the portions are quite large so we have never had room for desert however we have had the calamari witch is great the sauce it comes with is very good! the only recommendation i would have is to fry it a little longer. but i will definitely say that the other restaurants should take a look at what they do at PF Chang's because they have figured out how to provide excellent service!!

I'm a huge fan of any kind of Asian food, I can probably eat it every day for the rest of my life. but I find PF Chang's to get very boring after the 3+ time you've been there. For me its definitely a "once and a while" place to dine, or you will wear it out easily. Also I found the some of the employees unpleasant.

I've been going to Changs for years, but it seems the food has gone downhill and the portions have shrunk. The lettuce wraps are still good, but I swear the taste in the past 2 years has changed. thought these used to have more tang to the dish, but the last couple of times they have tasted bland. The Kung Pau Chicken was seasoned ok, but my plate came with 2/3 covered with rice and 1/3 a few pieces of chicken with the sauce and peanuts. The same dish used to be a larger portion of chicken and the rice was brought in a small bowl. Maybe the downturn has hit everyone and to make the bottom line better the portions of meat or chicken are down and the rice is up. Strangest thing was the guy checking people at the hostess stand. He kept asking everyone that came in when they ate there last, and how often do they come to Changs. Not sure if the company is taking a survey or what they deal was, but never had that happen before. Might look around for somewhere else in the area for Asian food next time.

Don't get he hype about this place. Inside it's so noisy you cant hear table mates. You are squeezed in so close to other diners it's nerve racking unless you get a booth. Forget about the tables back by the bar. When the waitstaff comes to serve the table next to you you wind up with their butt in your face because it's too tight seating. I was there in June and the waiter taking the order of the table next to me spilled their drink and it hit my sandaled foot and left a puddle under my table. Asked him twice to wipe it up and he put his hand up to me twice in a dismissive move but I felt he would wipe it up. He never did. Oh .... And the food there is so overly seasoned. Can you say SALT !! ?. I've experienced the salty food 4 times at least so I'm not going back.

Good food. Not huge portions. Favorite dessert is the banana spring rolls.

This was my first time here. It didn't really do anything for me. The food was pretty salty and it was just so so. I really do not know what the hype is about this place. I'd much rather go to a real Chinese restaurant for Authentic Chinese food. I guess you are paying for the ambiance. I don't think I will come back to eat unless someone insists we go here. The drinks were good though :-)

People who rave about this place make it out to be so much more than it really is. Food's... decent. The only really edible things are the drinks, the wonton soup, and the lettuce wrap appetizer. Other than that, you might as well go to... a Chinese restaurant. Gasp!

Not a bad place to stop on the way into Philadelphia. The lettuce wraps are pretty tasty and the teas I got were pretty good. My Fiancee got the honey chicken dish and said it was ok, but a little bland. The Sweet and Sour chicken was ok, but nothing special for the price it was. Food is served family style so feel free to share it to get the most out of everyones' meals.

lives up to the PF Changs standard. definitely take advantage of the 40 dollar meal for 2 if it is still available. go with my girlfriend all the time and we never have had any complaints. cant get enough of there sauces i love the flavor it adds to your meal.

My first experience at a P.F. Chang's was in California and I was immediately smitten. We found the Glen Mills location today on a random Sunday drive and my fiance got his first taste of their lettuce wraps. This location doesn't disappoint. From my Asian Pear Mojito through to the Banana Spring Rolls, everything was great, but NOTHING compares to the Kung Pao Scallops. The waitress said the Kung Pao Shrimp is even better but I don't see how. These scallops literally define the saying "melt in your mouth." The Beef A La Sichuan and Sichuan Asparagus were good, too, but the scallops were AMAZING. We might have to "randomly" end up in Concordville/Glen Mills again next week! Price range is $$ but easily goes to $$$ with a few drinks. (It's okay, they're worth it!)

Really do not like the food, two main course tasted like the same thing. Average service and nothing stand out.

The food is consistent but a little uninspired. Food tasted more like assembly line Chinese food rather than anything original. Still, not a bad meal. I just wouldn't go out of my way to eat here

I have been here a few times and have always had great food and good service. The one time the server was a little too into himself, but otherwise my service has been good. The place does get packed quickly and the wait times can be tough. Go around 5 or 5:30 to get seated quickly. The place is a bit noisy when it is busy.

My first PF Chang experience was in CA as well. The lettuce wraps, sichuan dumplings and Mongolian beef with brown rice is highly recommended. Supposedly there is another PF Chang scheduled to open in Collegeville in spring 09.

The wait staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is awesome you will never eat beef and broccoli at any regular Chinese place again!

I only go here because I have no better option for chinese food in this area. Their portions are so small. Some dishes are ridiculously salty! I wouldn't mind so much the smaller portions if they would just lay off on the sodium. Some dishes, I really wonder who eats this stuff and thinks it is tasty! Please please make the food less salty.

I ate here for my father's birthday last week and we had a great time. We had reservations for 6pm, and were promptly seated when we arrived even though the place looked packed. Reservations here seem to actually be *reservations*, imagine that! The lighting was low and I love the mural they have up over the back of the bistro. Our waiter was polite and prompt, and although the people who brought out our food was not our waiter (sometimes people don't like that), it was delivered speedily which was impressive due to the crowd. I never had to think "where's our food?". We had the salt and pepper calamari and crab rangoon for appetizers (both delicious). We made the mistake of getting 4 entrees like you would normally do at a restaurant-- if I go back, we'd order like we order from a chinese place, for the WHOLE table instead of individuals. Even so, all the entrees were great. The kung pao was not very spicy, to the dismay of my father and fiance (but to my delight), just as a warning. And if you go.. PLEASE get the coconut ice cream with the banana rolls for dessert. It was AMAZING. I would definitely go back here again. My only complaint at all was that it was very noisy and hard to hear each other talk in the restaurant, but overall a great experience!

In three words? Not worth it. I've never been to a PF Changs before, but we thought we'd give it a go on a Tuesday night when neither one of us felt like cooking. Service was pretty slow, even though we were not there during the dinner rush. My husband and I ordered the "Two for $39.95" fixed-price thing, and there were huge lulls between courses. We probably waited 10-15 minutes for soup, and we were both thinking "Can they not find the ladle back there?" I have heard the portions here are big, so I was prepared for leftovers. Didn't happen! Not sure if that was the deal with the fixed price thing or if all the dishes were that size. I ordered honey shrimp, which is supposed to be a specialty, but how special is frozen breaded shrimp, really? Husband got mongolian beef, which he liked but wasn't blown away by. The dessert choices that come with the meal were those shotglass desserts, which was dissapointing because I did want to try those banana rolls that everyone here has raved about. I had the s'mores shot and it was sickeningly sweet... kind of like eating a double shot of ice cream toppings. Good, but not what I wanted... AND I was ready for a shot of insulin afterwards. I have heard that their drinks are fabulous, and I was eyeing up a pear martini a few tables down, but we did not partake. There are other options in the area for chinese food, and its not too long a drive to Margaret Kuo's, so we probably will not be back.

I have heard rave reviews about this place and was really excited when this one opened up relatively close to my house. Although I had heard it was expensive, I was looking for an opportunity to try it out. That opportunity came last Friday when I was too tired to cook and looking for a way to reward myself after a long work week. I looked up reviews and decided to try their lettuce wraps and to get a lunch bowl (since they are more reasonably priced). The gentleman taking my order was very polite, patient and thorough. He went through a few different options of what to pick and then made sure to ask me my preferences for different things that came with the order (sauces, brown v. white rice or both, types of soup). I ended up deciding to get the egg drop soup with the sesame chicken rice bowl with a mixture of brown and white rice. Even though I arrived really late to pick up my food (got held up at work), the lady was very polite in taking my credit card, pointing out the restroom and going to get my order. Incidentally, the place was decorated in dark colors with clean lines. The bathroom was relatively clean too. When I came back, the lady went through my takeout bag to make sure all the components of my meal was there. This was such a great idea; why do not all restaurants do this? Before the customer leaves your establishment, make sure their order is complete! Unfortunately, that is where the good part of this story ends. I will tell the rest of my tale with this one caveat, I got home and had to do a "few things" and so I had to heat up my dinner before eating it. There is a chance that this delay and reheating may have compromised some of the quality of the food. I started out with the egg drop soup. It was in a word - DISGUSTING! I barely was able to finish it (I detest wasting food, but thought about throwing it out several times). To me the joy of an egg drop soup is the light flavorful broth. They had made the broth viscous - really, really slimy! I know people who are extremely sensitive to texture, I am not even one of them. The flavor was bland and there was not much egg in it. Unless you have an elderly relative that severely wronged you in the past, I say stay away from this soup. I moved onto the lettuce wraps next. I was really excited about this highly recommended dish. Overall, it was ehhh. There were only 4 pieces of lettuce, although they were a good size. There was a lot of filling, which is a good bonus, but the flavor to me was very strange. It had a smokiness that I did not care for (maybe you BBQ fans will like it), and I think I may have even been allergic to this dish. The taste is heavy and cloying, and stayed with me until even the morning after. The filling was made from eggs, shitake mushrooms, water chestnuts and maybe chicken (I did not really find it in there). The sauce was dark and very oily. The fried white noodles, however, were very good and a good combination with the flavors. It gave the dish a much needed lighter lift and crunch. The sesame chicken also was a disappointment. I expected it to be fried, which it was not. The broccoli was cooked and wilted. The flavors of the sauce here were also strange, it tasted heavily of fish sauce. It also had a few chunks of ginger in it, which is not really a typical sesame chicken ingredient. I am Chinese, so perhaps I expected more traditional flavors, but it seemed to me that fusion really means highlighting all the Asian flavors I hate most. Blech. I would like to give this place a second try, but honestly the prices are prohibitively expensive. I would rather go to Han Dynasty which is much closer, probably still slightly cheaper and has amazing authentic Chinese food.

I have been here twice, and the setting and atmosphere is nice, like most people would like, but for me it's always about the how good the food is, I really could care less for the cosy dim light shit, give me something to say wow to, lol. So the only reason I went the second time was to try out more of their food, and my conclusion is it's nice for someone who doesn't know the really good Chinese food, cause this place is more of an upscale Chinese buffet. The price is not so bad, so if your have never had great chinese food, I suggest to go as it is better than chinese buffet .

Love this place, service is usually pretty good and the menu is pretty big. I like the lettuce wraps and crab wontons for apps. Also, go with a group of friends/family and do it family style! That way you can try everyone else's stuff too!!

Don't bother!!! Way over priced for what you get. Ordered on-line and picked up cold, over done food. Spent over $90.00 for good crispy string beans which we had to crisp back up. The rest of the food was garbage and not worth going back AT ALL! The salt & pepper prawns were tough and cold. The beef a la sichuan was greasy and over done. The meat portion of every meal was small and barely fed 4 people and we thought we ordered way to much LOL. Gave it one star because they got everything in the bag. Not going back, EVER!

i have eaten here numerous times...and i have to say i love it...although Pei Wei is the same food, the variety is greater, they also serve alcohol. the servers are delightful, but the woman who greets you at the door is quite depressing. anyways..this place is business central...there is always some 'suit' eating and marketing and getting people drunk off saki....or eating the famous lettuce wraps, all in all. its an okay play to eat. but be forewarn....."eat this not that" claims they have some of the salties food on earth..but hey..have a glass of water after lunch..........is what i think!!! enjoy!

This is basically chinese food wrapped up in a pretty bow and charged double but it won me over for a few reasons. We came for my sisters 30th birthday. Had it not been her choice, I most likely wouldnt have come here. Even with reservations, we waited close to a half hour for a table. When we finally did sit, i was impressed with the decor. The location was worth the wait, off to the side but still in the action. I wish I could remember our servers name because he was so good. We were a little difficult but he just rolled along and granted our every wish. They have to do an extended spiel before each meal and mix up some sauces. Like many of these upscale chinese joints, the soups and apps are not that great. they are fine but you get less food for the price. The entrees were great. My daughter, who to this point only ate rice and wonton soup, decided it was time to try something different( thats always best to do when someone else is paying) She got the orange chicken and liked it. It was a good place for her to try it because the orange chicken is just that. No veggies, shrooms or anything, very simple. I got the mongolian beef. It was very tasty. It looked like it came with green beans but they turned out to be scallions. They were good but overpowering. Not a first date choice fellas!( unless you want to pull the ripcord). Other meals looked promising. If you get the strip steak, make sure you like mushrooms, there was an entire smurf villiage on his plate. They encourage you to share so dont visit with stingy people. I also liked the almond chicken. The highlight of the meal had to be the deserts. They have something called mini deserts. I ordered the banana split and an image of a tiny banana split crossed my mind complete with mini banana and spoon, I would pretend I was a giant! The reality of the mini desert was that they were tall shot glasses with layered ingredients. There was also Strawberry cheesecake, smores, tira mi su , chocolate cake, and others all in miniature form! As they say, it really was just enough, a perfect little pallate cleanser after the meal although if i were paying, the $2 price would have hurt a little. This is really as close to fine dining that im going to get. The small yet tasty portions are a welcome change from the belly busting buffets that I usually bring to their knees. The service and ambiance were top noch. Im not sure who this P F Chang character is but I so happy to have met him.

This is an upgrade from the old Chow Mei and Chop Chey Chinese food you got back in the 70's. I couldn't understand why there was such a long wait until we sat down and the service was slow and terrible. The vegetable spring roll we ordered were identical to those you can get in Chinatown grocery store frozen for 20 cents a piece. The cashew chicken tasted like it was just warmed up from the microwave, absolutely no wok favor. The stir fry noodle dishes were a joke. Well, I guess if you want some real Chinese food, you need to get down to Chinatown and put up with the non bar/grill atmosphere and the language issue. For the price you paid, you would still come out ahead after paying for parking and gas in the city. Otherwise, get takeout from any local Chinese place for half of cost.

Mmmm, nothin like Chang's! Portions are large so prices are a bit on the expensive side, but its family style so everyone shares. We like to go for special occasions like birthdays. My personal faves: mongolian beef, kung pow chicken, and crispy honey shrimp.

I'm not a fan of this type of americanized chinese food. Ironically my mother is the one who wanted to eat here. Half the dishes here had way too much soy sauce and I think every dish had soy sauce... The waiter was really good! The ambiance is really nice. However, I just can't appreciate salty food. It's just not for me. I'm sure others like it.

There is no reason why a Major Chain place like PF Chang's should get any less than 5 stars! They have corporate pros and years of research and development. All sorts of trading and policy. None of this was wasted on my visit. The service from the hostess to the food runners was flawless. My meal was spot on perfection! Nothing big enough to drop my rating but my waiter got a huge table which slightly inhibited his attention to a few other tables buy a good runner picked up the slack by refilling my water glass. Also I ordered beef fried rice but got the house special. I avoid shrimp because I sometimes get an alert ice reaction but I risked it and kept the incorrect order which I wasn't billed for. Thanks PF that was cool and I didn't notice it until a day later when I was doing my expense report. The hardest part about eating at PG Chang's is ordering because everything is so freaking tempting.

Been going for quite a while now. Food is consistently good and service at the bar is excellent. My favs are Mongolian Beef but with broccoli and carrots instead of the scallions. Chicken lettuce wraps are best of anywhere . the dumplings are also the best you'll get anywhere. Honeyfried chicken or shrimp are both good. Chang's chicken has a nice bite to it. Also barbq ribs were awesome. They always seem to want to make sure that your experience is a good one. Jeff and Nicole at the bar are awesome!

One word: disappointed. Usually I am a huge PF chang's fan for the flavor, value and consistency-- however today's visit fell short of every category. My husband and I dined for two and decided on our usual "chang's for two" and upgraded our appetizer to the ribs. The ribs were great and my husband ordered a Sapporo and I ordered a glass of their cab ($14 for one of their better selections)-- all good. Next our entrees came out-- Mongolian beef and sesame chicken. Sesame chicken was mushy and the flavor was worse than fast food Chinese take out l-- will not order again. The Mongolian beef was mostly green onions!!-- this I could not believe this is our go-to dish and there was hardly any beef-- tiny little pieces scattered throughout our plate of scallions (see photo). Our waitress (I don't know her name because she never introduced herself, but she has a wrist tattoo) was very business-toned and not very friendly--I've had better service at TGI Fridays. She asked how everything was and we mentioned the lack of beef in our dish and she said, do you want us to remake it? I said, no we're hungry so we'll just eat it. That was the end of that. Lastly, the desserts changed from delicious to tasteless wonton things--ehhhh. Finally we walked out of the restaurant and the hostess didn't even greet us goodbye. I can say with certainty that something has changed and this once-great (and favorited) establishment has changed and hopefully these yelp reviews will be taken into consideration by PF chang management.

I have been coming here for years, but never wrote a review. I remember when this place first opened, you would have a 2-3 hour wait on Saturday nights. I never thought I would have to wait 2 hours for Chinese food. Even though the novelty of this place has worn off, the food is still excellent. We had the California roll and Calamari for apps. The roll was average, but the calamari was very unique. It was cut into strips that resembled French fries. It was lightly battered and cooked perfectly. I had the honey chicken, which is something I always get. The sauce is obviously sweet, but not overpowering. My wife had the shrimp with walnuts. This is not something I would order myself, but she really enjoyed it. I tasted one of the shrimp and it was cooked perfectly. Our bill with no alcohol was around $55. Kind of pricey for Chinese, but I keep coming back.

Went here tonight with the wife. I made a 6PM reservation online. Showed up at 5:50 & was told it'd be a "few minutes", was given a buzzer. At 6:15 with no buzzer going off I went back to the hostess & asked for the ETA.. was seated at 6:20. Now a 20 min. Wait is normal, but NOT if you had a reservation at 6. We had a 7:30 movie we already had purchased tickets for down the road @Brandywine Regal, so the would be good timed dinner now had to be rushed. I'd say a comp. on an appetizer or something would be given for a 20 min. wait on a reservation without proper waiting time expectations, but nothing was offered. Otherwise this is/was one of our favorite places to go. It was also where we went for our very 1st date years ago. We won't be rushing back anytime soon unfortunately.

Hubs and I love this place! Wish it was closer but it's worth the trip. Our favorites are: - Chicken lettuce wraps - Honey chicken - Mongolian beef with green beans (special order) Oh and you can't forget the banana spring rolls! Yum!!!!

Visited after a year lapse and was very disappointed. Here were the problems: 1) lettuce wraps had lettuce that was brown, and not hidden leaves but the ones on top and in view, 2) both the appetizer and dinner plates arrived dirty, the server apologized but as he came back with new plates they too were dirty!, 3) we had leftovers and they were placed, sauce and all, in traditional "Chinese take-out" paper containers and then in a paper bag; needless to say one tipped over in the car with brown sauce leaking over everything; had to throw all 3 items out, and 4) on top of everything the food was mediocre. We went to PA Changs to get a break from the "routine" Chinese restaurant but with all the issues and average food we'll avoid this place in the future.

I had a great dinner with my friend. Maybe it's because of the typical Chinese food (cheap and fast), I was not really satisfy with the price. However, their cocktails were great! Please try Yuzu ginger mojito!!!!!

I've always heard so much about P.F. Chang's and I'm glad I finally got to try it. I got the Kung Pao Chicken and it was really good. This place has pretty good drinks, too. I got some sort of spicy (alcoholic) drink and I really enjoyed it. We had a huge party (I think 16) and P.F. Chang's was very good at accommodating us.

I stopped eating Chinese food anywhere else ever since I ate at PF Chang's. ( And I still can not figure out exactly why it tastes so good. What is their secret ingredient??? ) Well...I won't eat at any other chinese place unless I can't find a PF Chang's or have no other choice and if I am starving... since I don't know of any PF Chang's where I am located. But I totally recommend the "Delicious Mongolian Beef and Broccoli. " Enjoy it for me too when you are there!!!

I used to absolutely love P.F. Chang's when it first came out, but it's starting to lose it's luster and become just another Chinese food restaurant. I went to the location in Glen Mills last night and it was pretty empty - but it was a rainy, Monday night, so I can see why crowds were flocking out and about. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. (If you plan on going on a weekend, I highly suggest you make reservations - you can do them online thru the company's website). We had a new waitress (it was her first night), so she got lucky with us since we're PF Chang's pros. We started with the chicken lettuce wraps, a staple in the menu. I've had this appetizer several times before and was never disappointed. For our entrees, my friend had the shrimp lo mein and I had the sichuan shrimp with brown rice. I didn't try the lo mein, but it looked pretty basic. My friend said it was a touch salty. The sichuan shrimp was just okay. The sauce was spicy (but not too much) and flavorful, but the shrimp, while plentiful, had a weird texture to them. I wasn't a huge fan. For dessert, I had the white oolong tea and we split the salted caramel cake. The tea was awesome - no complaints there! The salted caramel cake was also pretty good. There were little, cripsy, white chocolate balls on the top that we couldn't quite figure out - turns out we stumped the assisting waiter, too, since the desserts aren't made in house. (I'm really not sure why that surprises me so much.) All-in-all, service was good and dinner was just okay. I've defintely had better. And even after a mediocre experience, I'm sure I'll be back in the future.

I was genuinely curious about this restaurant for awhile, as I have heard a lot of feedback from people both on and off Yelp. After my boyfriend and I were coming back from King of Prussia, we decided to stop here on the way. When I first walked in I regretted not bringing a flashlight- The entry was so dark (possibly to conceal how close together the seating is?) There was a wait of course, but it went by much faster. They told us the wait would be 30+ minutes, and we were sitting at our table within 10-15 minutes. To drink, I ordered the ginger peach hot tea and it was phenomenal. It came in a tea pot with a little tea cup for me to pour more whenever I wanted. For appetizers, we ordered the chicken lettuce wraps that everyone recommended. They were very good, as were the sauces they came with. My boyfriend kept going on and on about how much he enjoyed them. For dinner, I ordered the Mandarin chicken and he order the Dali chicken. For our sides, we both selected brown rice. I love that everything is made to share. The combination of the Mandarin and Dali chicken with the rice was very good. Of course, don't expect very spicy or very authentic flavors. The Dali chicken is supposed to be one of the spiciest things on the menu and neither of us found it to be very spicy. You're definitely in for a disappointment if you're expecting very authentic Asian cuisine. The service was excellent. Everyone was super sweet and explained everything to us. Our server Samantha was great. Besides the super close seating, the ambiance was nice and I enjoyed the decor. Luckily, it wasn't as dark in the dining area as it was in the entryway. The clientele was varied- A lot of groups, mostly families or friends. A lot of couples as well. Overall, PF Changs was good. It exceeded my expectations, and I plan on coming back again.

I came here with a friend for lunch because we were craving their lettuce wraps. We got the PF changs for 2 FOUR-COURSE PRIX-FIXE MENU $39.95. She had hot & sour soup, I had the egg drop soup. We ordered the lettuce wraps, she had kung pao chicken and I had the honey shrimp. Everything was really delicious, especially the lettuce wraps. For dessert we got CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH SWEET TREAT and SALTED CARAMEL CAKE SWEET TREAT, both of which were out of this world fantastic!!

Okay, so what is all of the hype about this place? I would give it more of a 2.5 stars but that's not an option. So it's just a restaurant chain. They serve basically the same Chinese food that you can get at any local take out place but way more expensive and way less food. I've been to this particular location twice and was less than satisfied after the first, but that was a service issue, and their customer service was really nice in trying to rectify that issue. Gave the place a second shot, and was still not at all impressed. I didn't see anything on the menu that I haven't seen before that justifies the popularity of the chain. Yes, they have lettuce wraps. I get it. If I hear someone else tell me to try them, I may have to wrap them in lettuce. The food isn't bad, just the same old Chinese food. The lo mein was okay, could have been more meat in the combination than mushrooms. The wonton soup really doesn't need all that extra stuff, just maybe some actual flavor in the brother. And the wall of chocolate was ruined by the raspberry sauce. Why must we ruin perfectly fine chocolate with raspberry in so many situations? I've given it two tries, and next time after Charming Charlie's I will try Buffalo Wild Wings or just about anywhere else.

PF Chang's made a very good first impression. After you're greeted by the horses and enter what looks like a dining palace, you have a huge menu of options. The food is kind of what you'd find at a local chinese takeout but also fancier versions and creations. Hard to explain, you gotta try it out for yourself. Mongolian Beef and Crab Fried Rice were really good. Chicken with black bean sauce was ok. And the Shanghai Shrimp didn't live up to my expectations. I was also disappointed by the lack of chopsticks at my table.

Came in at 11am so its pretty dead. Been to a few PF Changs and this one is no different. Excellent prompt service. Got our food in time. Hot and accurate. Clean place clean reatrooms. I would come back again.

I'll admit it: I like P.F. Chang's. This location tends to be pretty busy, so after eating in the restaurant a few times, we decided just to pick up take out. However, we always had enthusiastic, good servers at this location. For take-out, you can order online and they have a separate take out entrance, so you can be in and out with your food quickly. They also have curbside pickup, but I never tried it. The menu is the same across locations- they have a separate menu for gluten-free dishes, and they are also great with food allergies. My favorite appetizers are the crab wontons ($6.95; love the sauce that comes with it) and the lettuce wraps ($8.95). Both are great for sharing. For entrees, I always order the kung pao shrimp without peanuts and extra spicy ($15.95). Once, it came out a bit greasy, but the rest of the time it has been perfectly on point. Their crispy honey chicken ($13.95) and crispy honey shrimp ($15.95) are favorites of my parents. All the entrees come with your choice of white or brown rice, and portions are BIG. If you're starving, you might be able to finish it all, but otherwise, you will have a nice lunch portion leftover. Yes, the food isn't as authentic as you'd find in Chinatown, but they definitely have some standouts on the menu. P.F. Chang's is also great for people with food intolerances or allergies, and they are also great about customizing orders (ex. adding/removing ingredients, making things extra spicy, etc.). On top of that, there aren't many great Chinese places in the Glen Mills area. And for the amount of food you get, it is well-priced. Definitely a solid choice for take out in the Glen Mills area when you're craving some tasty Chinese food!

I was introduced to PF Chang's in Boston years ago, and have not gotten over my crush since. This location lived up to my own self-hype with their lettuce wrap appetizer, fragrant beef fried rice and incredible coconut shrimp. In fact, I've never gotten anything here that I haven't a) eaten my fill of, b) then eaten way too much more than my fill of or c) enjoyed thoroughly. Call me a sell out for loving a chain restaurant this much, but I'm sorry. I will not deny my adoration for PF Chang's just because their servers are probably trained at something called PF Chang's University. The service is always spot on and quick, the food comes our fast and is always hot and delicious, and we always have ample leftovers even AFTER eating our faces off. OH! And if you're in the market for a cocktail while you're there, try the key lime martini. It's more like dessert than a drink, but give it a try anytime. There are graham cracker crumbs on the rim. Are you sold yet?

Have been here many times before. But this is the first time in awhile. Still very loud and hard to converse with husband. But I expected that. What I didn't expect, was to be so rushed that I felt like I was a diner. Asked for extra lettuce for "lettuce wrap". (Their signature appitizer. )Didn't get it. But as it turns out, the portion of meat has been decreased, so we didn't need it. Also, they no longer mix the three sauces at the table. Guess that wasn't cost effective. Didn't get any sauces at all. Our waiter was very nice. But obviously rushed and overworked. Didn't get out Cocktails until half way through the first course. Husband had to ask for a fork. Mongolian beef just OK. Walnut shrimp as good as before. I think this establishment has suffered from corporate greed. We came tonight because someone gave us a gift card. Will not be back unless someone else gives us one. (Hope not) Not worth the price.

PF Chang's is a favorite of ours. We don't get there that often though - typically only when one of us has a birthday. Anyway, love love love the lettuce wraps - we get them every time - in fact, we all love them so much that I've had to come up with my own version that we make at home every so often. The only thing I don't really like about PF Chang's is the lighting - it is just too dark in there for me! Overall - great food, great desserts and very good service!

PF Changs has a great vibe and great Chinese. There are 4 things I personally love on the menu here: 1. Kung pap chicken 2. Hot N Sour Soup 3. Crab Wontons 4. Beef n Broccoli Hope this helps when ur trying to decide from their massive menu. :)

Spontaneous visit prompted a call about the wait. With Christmas shopping thought it would have been a nuthouse. Instead 20m with call a head. Vegetarian plate came with scant tofu. When we asked for more on the side the manager provided a 2nd plate off the menu.

I've never been a huge rah rah fan of P.F. Chang's. But tonight...that all changed... Started with the Tuna Tataki. So very good and tasty! Then moved on to the pan seared shrimp dumplings. Pan seared to perfection. MmmmmMmmmmGoooood!!! Don't worry I was sharing the apps with a friend (I'm not THAT greedy)! Then came the Oolong Chilean Sea Bass. De.Li .Cious!!! Melt in your mouth. Like Butta' baby! Looking forward to the leftovers tomorrow. Service was great too! I am already making plans to go back next month. The Sea Bass was just so delectable! Oh yeah, make sure you look on the back of the menu. They had a great 2 person special that we almost missed. So glad my bestie suggested we go there.

as far as chain restaurants go, pf changs is pretty good. my friends each got one of their signature cocktails which they enjoyed. one friend ordered honey chicken, the other mix pad thai, which they both said were excellent. my eggplant was just ok, but the cucumber side was very very good. the service was good, and surprisingly enough it was pretty quiet in there for a friday night. i made reservations because it is usually packed in there. pretty good, but i would much rather eat at ming village on 202.

I've been to this, and other, PF Chang's restaurants many times and never actually wrote a review because, well, it's a chain and it's good for what it is. I have a number of favorites, including the lettuce wraps, kung pao & changs spicy chicken, the hot and sour soup while a bit salty is tasty, and the northern-style spare ribs are amazing. Now to explain the 1 star... We went here for lunch on my birthday, 10/15, with my wife and a couple friends. It's taken me more than 2 months to write this review because I really enjoy it (for what it is) and was hoping I'd get over the experience -- but I can't. The disaster of a lunch seemed like it would start well. It was a little before noon and it was pretty empty, only a few other tables. What proceeded after sitting down, however, quickly changed our view. After being seated we noticed most of the plates & silverware were dirty. Not water spotted, but actual crusted food. We asked for clean plates and utensils and they were quickly replaced. We then ordered glasses of wine. Hey, it's my birthday, why not celebrate like the responsible adults we are? When the wine finally came out, my wife's glass had a good bit of lipstick on it -- so she asked for a new glass. The waitress was clearly annoyed but obliged my wife and got her a new glass. Some time later after we placed our order our appetizers came out (two orders of northern-style spareribs and Korean lollipop chicken wings). We each had a couple of the ribs and they were AMAZING, as usual. I then went to take a bite of one of the chicken wings and proceeded to immediately spit it out. The chicken was RAW! Not just slightly under-cooked, no, but pink flesh flowing juices. My friend took a bite from the other order and had the same issue! Apparently something was lost in translation with the cook as he seemed to think 30sec was probably enough time to fry a chicken wing. We immediately asked for the manager and she apologized profusely, saying they'll be more diligent in making sure the food is cooked appropriately. Thanks, that will comfort me immensely while I'm spending the rest of the day/night in the bathroom throwing up. After the appetizers it took FOREVER for our food to show up. When it finally did show up it was so staggered apart we basically didn't get to eat together. They also did this to the table next to us -- their orders came out so far apart they couldn't eat together. In the end, the manager GRACIOUSLY removed the raw chicken from our bill, but that was the extent of how "truly sorry" she was for the terrible experience. It will be a LONG time, if ever, before I go to a PF Chang's ... who knew that feeding me raw chicken and providing sub-par service would be such a contentious issue for me!

Ribs are excellent as always. I sat at the bar and the bartender was fast, very nce, and helpful in getting me what I wanted. My food was delivered to my bar seat in less than 5 minutes. It was 230 PM on Saturday so it was not very busy, but the food was fast, delicious and hot. My beverages were good as well. I have been here a few times and would surely recommend a visit if you have never been here.

I didn't really like the fusion of the "fine dining" atmosphere and the oversalted Chinese food I could get better at one of the buffets around here. I prefer my Chinese food to have a lot of variety instead of one heaping pile of the same thing on my plate, so this place isn't really my bag. The waitress was pushy through the whole meal and didn't smile once, and when she was putting our food into boxes she just used a random used spoon that she had collected from the table with complete disregard to who it belonged to. Gross, but I guess I'm glad none of my family members have herpes?

Excellent service and awesome food. Can't rave about this place enough. We've become regulars because of the staff alone! The food is almost a pleasant afterthought! We have even been to other establishments in the chain, and this by far should be one of their best in business. Fresh food and cooked to perfection. Whatever mix of staff they have employed there, they are very fortunate. Keep up the good work everyone! Thank you for being around!

We went for lunch and had the pleasure of being helped by Tyler... He was extremely professional, attentive, helpful and nice! The food was perfect and the spectacular service made the experience fantastic, great job Tyler and thank you for making us completely satisfied!

I ate lunch here yesterday (beef and broccoli) and have had the worst migraine of my life for the past 9 hours. I don't know what they put in their food, but I will never eat here or at any PF Chang's ever again.

If you haven't had authentic Chinese food, go here. Mongolian beef, lettuce wraps, brown rice, chicken dishes are all savory. I don't recommend the noodle dishes. It's only mediocre. Over all, delicious!

as far as chain restaurants go, pf changs is pretty good. my friends each got one of their signature cocktails which they enjoyed. one friend ordered honey chicken, the other mix pad thai, which they both said were excellent. my eggplant was just ok, but the cucumber side was very very good. the service was good, and surprisingly enough it was pretty quiet in there for a friday night. i made reservations because it is usually packed in there. pretty good, but i would much rather eat at ming village on 202.

  • Lucy S.

People who rave about this place make it out to be so much more than it really is. Food's... decent. The only really edible things are the drinks, the wonton soup, and the lettuce wrap appetizer. Other than that, you might as well go to... a Chinese restaurant. Gasp!

Mmmm, nothin like Chang's! Portions are large so prices are a bit on the expensive side, but its family style so everyone shares. We like to go for special occasions like birthdays. My personal faves: mongolian beef, kung pow chicken, and crispy honey shrimp.

My first PF Chang experience was in CA as well. The lettuce wraps, sichuan dumplings and Mongolian beef with brown rice is highly recommended. Supposedly there is another PF Chang scheduled to open in Collegeville in spring 09.

  • Joshua D.

The price is not so bad, so if your have never had great chinese food, I suggest to go as it is better than chinese buffet .

i have eaten here numerous times...and i have to say i love it...although Pei Wei is the same food, the variety is greater, they also serve alcohol. the servers are delightful, but the woman who greets you at the door is quite depressing. anyways..this place is business central...there is always some 'suit' eating and marketing and getting people drunk off saki....or eating the famous lettuce wraps, all in all. its an okay play to eat. but be forewarn....."eat this not that" claims they have some of the salties food on earth..but hey..have a glass of water after lunch..........is what i think!!! enjoy!

  • Sarah S.

Gasp!

Not going back, EVER!

i have eaten here numerous times...and i have to say i love it...although Pei Wei is the same food, the variety is greater, they also serve alcohol. the servers are delightful, but the woman who greets you at the door is quite depressing. anyways..this place is business central...there is always some 'suit' eating and marketing and getting people drunk off saki....or eating the famous lettuce wraps, all in all. its an okay play to eat. but be forewarn....."eat this not that" claims they have some of the salties food on earth..but hey..have a glass of water after lunch..........is what i think!!! enjoy!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
